Job Title: Recruitment Officer
Location: Head Offices, Larnaca
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: HR Manager / Head of HR
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and will also assist with training and development, onboarding, and a variety of HR administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
o Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
o Prepare and post job advertisements across appropriate platforms.
o Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
o Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate candidate communication.
o Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
o Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth new-hire experience.
Training & Development
o Support planning and coordination of internal and external training sessions.
o Maintain accurate training records and help track employee development progress.
o Assist in implementing learning initiatives aligned with company goals.
General HR Administration
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
Maintain and update employee files and databases.
Assist in HR reporting, audits, and compliance-related tasks.
Provide administrative support for HR projects and day-to-day operations.
Engagement & Employer Branding
Represent the company at job fairs, universities, and networking events.
Contribute to internal employee engagement initiatives.
Support communications related to HR campaigns, newsletters, or events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in recruitment or broader HR functions.
Experience with psychometric tools such as personality and aptitude tests (e.g., DISC, MBTI, SHL, or similar) will be considered an advantage.
Familiarity with Exelsys Software will be considered an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Fluency in Greek and English is required.
